Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Providing analytical support to operating group leadership, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and process improvement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financial results, comparing actual performance to budgets and forecasts while articulating insights to management
• Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes, creating and maintaining planning templates and reports
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement methods to enhance productivity and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Five or more years of experience in a financial planning and analysis (FP&A) role
• Strong understanding of financial computer systems and data systems
• Graduate degree or professional certification, such as CPA or Certified Corporate FP&A Professional
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly advanced Excel skills
