Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Providing advanced financial analysis and reporting, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will own the financial reporting package for assigned business units, ensuring accuracy and delivering insights to support strategic decision-making in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly financial reporting package, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data
• Lead forecasting activities for revenue, margin, and operating expenses while developing financial models for commercial decisions
• Analyze profitability and investigate financial variances to provide actionable recommendations for improving financial performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Extensive experience in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Experience within professional services, consulting, or project-based environments preferred
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with knowledge of ERP systems and reporting platforms like Power BI or Tableau
• Strong relationship-building and business partnering skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
