Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Reporting to the CFO, the full-time Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will manage core planning and forecasting, transform data into actionable insights, and collaborate with business leaders to enhance decision-making in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the consolidated operating model and rolling P&L and cash forecasts across various entities and revenue streams
• Own the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process, providing analysis of performance, variances, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare monthly management reporting and board materials, delivering clear insights and recommendations from financial and operational data

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, audit, or a similar analytical finance role
• Excellent financial modeling skills, including experience with integrated financial models and driver-based forecasting
• Strong business judgment and the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems, preferably NetSuite and Salesforce
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI and automation tools to enhance finance processes
