Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Acting as a strategic partner to Technology, Product, and Commercial leadership teams, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will deliver comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure management while driving financial clarity and operational efficiency in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality financial reporting and forecasting for operating expenses and capital spend, ensuring visibility for executive stakeholders
• Lead month-end close processes, including accruals, variance analysis, and compliance with accounting policies
• Champion process automation and continuous improvement by implementing automated workflows and reporting dashboards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification preferred
• 5-10+ years of progressive Finance or Accounting experience supporting technology or commercial organizations
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP and FP&A platforms such as Anaplan and SAP
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in compliance and audit readiness
• Proven ability to streamline workflows and drive operational efficiency in a hybrid work environment
