Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as the business owner for Osprey system maintenance, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of trade promotion data while managing off-invoice maintenance and supporting financial controls in a hybrid or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the finance process owner for Osprey trade promotion maintenance, ensuring data integrity and compliance
• Manage off-invoice event maintenance, including setup, rates, and workflow status to support accurate financial postings
• Conduct recurring event quality reviews to identify and resolve data and financial exceptions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
• 3+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, Sales Controlling, or related finance function; CPG experience preferred
• Knowledge of financial accounting principles and month-end close processes
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP
