Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support the organization's Finance, Operations, and Strategic Planning functions, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will provide advanced analytical support, organize and present data, and assist various stakeholders with financial analysis and special projects in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct complex financial analysis and support for Finance, Administrators, Directors, and Managers across the health system
• Organize and present data to facilitate decision-making processes within the organization
• Manage special projects as assigned, demonstrating initiative and independent judgment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration, preferably with a concentration in accounting or finance
• Minimum of five years of experience in finance and/or financial analysis, ideally within a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
• Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting minimum requirements
