Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support expense management and financial analysis, the remote Senior Financial Analyst will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for various business functions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and reporting to the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the FP&A partner for assigned functions, providing financial support and monitoring expenses against budgets
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, maintaining expense models and documentation of assumptions
• Assist with month-end close processes, variance analysis, and preparation of financial reports and management presentations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Three to five years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or expense management
• Experience supporting budgets and forecasts for at least one department or business function
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting
• Ability to work with large data sets and translate findings into actionable insights
