Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Providing advanced financial insight and analysis, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will support strategic decision-making and process improvements remotely while partnering with various departments to evaluate performance and inform investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary FP&A partner for multiple departments, identifying financial risks and opportunities while improving processes
• Lead monthly financial performance reviews, delivering variance analysis and actionable insights to leadership
• Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting packages to guide data-driven decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience within a corporate Finance or FP&A environment
• Demonstrated experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and project-based analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Proven ability to analyze complex business problems using financial modeling and large data sets
