Senior Financial Analyst
Job Summary
Providing senior-level financial analysis and operational finance support in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will partner with project and program managers to enhance project financial performance, improve forecasting and reporting, and ensure accurate revenue recognition and invoicing.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with project and program managers to review project status, financial performance, budgets, and delivery risks
- Analyze project financial results to identify variances, trends, risks, and opportunities requiring management attention
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and management analyses using Oracle and Microsoft Excel
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field with a minimum of 7 years' experience, or 11 years' related experience in lieu of a degree
- Expert knowledge of accounting and finance principles (GAAP) and advanced proficiency in Excel
- Hands-on experience using Oracle ERP or Oracle Cloud applications for project financial management
- Experience in project finance, operational finance, or financial analysis, including budgeting and forecasting
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts related to project invoicing and revenue recognition
