Senior Financial Analyst
Job Summary
Providing oversight for fiscal compliance of sponsored projects, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage sponsor financial reports, invoicing, and subrecipient monitoring in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Approves labor cost transfers and grant expenses to ensure compliance with sponsor and institutional policies
- Advises Principal Investigators and staff on the expenditure of federal and sponsored funds
- Prepares and submits prior approval requests to sponsors for budget adjustments and other compliance matters
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum five (5) years of accounting or finance-related experience
- CPA and/or MBA with at least three (3) years of experience in fiscal compliance for sponsored projects or public accounting
