Job Summary
Driving financial excellence in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will develop sophisticated financial models, prepare comprehensive reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic business decisions across JLL's global commercial real estate platform.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models for real estate investments and portfolio analysis
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards to inform strategic decision-making
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including budget vs. actual analysis
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 6 years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software systems
- Proven track record in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
