Job Summary
Supporting the company's enterprise planning and forecasting process, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage financial consolidation, reporting cycles, and Board of Directors reporting packages in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare financial schedules and analyses for Executive and Board of Directors reporting packages
- Perform revenue and gross profit variance analysis and develop clear explanations with business partners
- Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to enhance visibility into enterprise performance
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, or accounting
- Experience with monthly financial consolidation and management reporting processes
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using AI or automation tools to improve finance processes and reporting
