Job Summary
Supporting the financial performance and strategic growth of a multi-campus organization, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasts, and long-range financial planning for assigned schools and regions
- Analyze revenue performance, operational KPIs, and financial variances to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop financial models and reporting tools to support decision-making and enhance visibility into financial performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, or a related finance role
- Experience with P&L analysis, financial modeling, and variance analysis
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial planning systems
- Experience partnering with operational leaders and presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders
