Job Summary
Supporting client portfolios in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Financial Analyst will manage revenue forecasting, billing accuracy, and budget compliance while collaborating with various teams to enhance financial processes through automation and data analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Own monthly variance analysis and coordinate annual budget and forecast cycles with project and finance leaders
- Perform account reconciliations and oversee the accuracy of the team budget tracker
- Utilize AI tools and advanced Excel skills to improve reporting processes and automate recurring tasks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required
- Three to five years of experience in a finance role, preferably in an agency environment
- Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of financial tools such as Dynamics 365 and Power BI
- Understanding of data analysis, forecasting, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience with client Master Service Agreements (MSAs), SOWs, and change orders
