Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting financial planning and decision-making processes, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage core financial reporting, administer Workday Adaptive Insights, and partner with G&A functions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Administer Workday Adaptive Insights, ensuring data integrity and optimizing integration with source systems
• Manage monthly and quarterly close reporting processes, providing analysis and supporting the annual budgeting process
• Act as the main finance contact for G&A leaders, facilitating budget vs. actuals analysis and strategic initiative forecasting

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field
• Strong experience with Workday Adaptive Insights; power user experience preferred
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and common FP&A processes
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency with financial modeling and reporting skills
• Prior experience in SaaS businesses with an understanding of core SaaS metrics preferred
