Job Summary
To support business development and operational analysis, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tasks, with remote work allowed at the manager's discretion.
Key responsibilities
- Develop pro forma analyses to support new business growth and practice acquisitions
- Coordinate annual budgeting processes with service line Directors and VPs, including revenue and expense projections
- Create and maintain reports for KPI tracking and perform variance analysis for financial results
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Five years of experience in finance or accounting
- Experience in healthcare or physician practice operations preferred
- Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and modeling
- Experience with budget and forecast processes, preferably using Oracle
