Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Finance Department with a focus on financial planning and analysis, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage budget creation, assist in monthly forecasts, and analyze key financial metrics in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with department managers to develop corporate budgets and implement reporting systems
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports, including cash forecasting and debt management
• Track KPIs and provide recommendations to Senior Management for improving profitability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling
• Experience in healthcare, distribution, or home medical equipment environments is preferred
