Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial planning and strategic decision-making in a rapidly growing healthcare organization, the full-time remote Senior Financial Analyst will analyze business performance, build financial models, and deliver insights to inform key operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across clinics and service lines while performing variance analysis
• Analyze clinic and provider-level economics to identify trends and translate data into actionable insights for business leaders
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports integrating financial and operational data, ensuring accuracy across datasets

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 3-6+ years of analytical finance experience, preferably in investment banking, consulting, or healthcare
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of financial statements and KPIs
• Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools like Power BI is preferred
