Job Summary
Providing senior-level program leadership and strategic oversight, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst with Secret Clearance will support the NAVFAC Audit Integration program, ensuring effective audit remediation planning and communication with both working-level staff and senior leadership in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic audit remediation planning to meet the Department of the Navy's accelerated audit goals
- Manage integrated communication across the BSO and report on program execution status to senior leadership
- Execute program requirements while balancing competing priorities and fiscal constraints
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance; Interim Secret clearance is acceptable
- Bachelor's-level degree in a Business/Management field or equivalent
- Five (5) to ten (10) years of extensive experience leading complex federal organizations and programs
- Demonstrated ability to manage executive-level briefings on audit readiness risks and mitigation strategies
- Experience in audit, accounting, financial management, and program execution
