Senior Financial Consultant
Job Summary
Providing financial planning and analysis support, the full-time Senior Financial Consultant will partner with medical group leadership to deliver insights on budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Partner with operational and clinical leaders to understand financial results and key performance drivers
- Analyze provider and practice performance, including revenue, compensation, productivity, staffing, and operating expenses
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of finance, accounting, FP&A, or related experience
- Financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and modeling skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (financial modeling & analysis)
- Ability to work full time with flexibility during normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
