Senior Financial Control Manager

Job Summary

As a key finance leader, the full-time remote Senior Financial Control Manager will drive financial stewardship and performance management, overseeing financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for Marketing and Other General Expenses (MOGE) and Information Systems/Information Technology (IS/IT) spend within the Holistic Health Global business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end controllership for MOGE and IS/IT spend, ensuring accurate accounting and actionable financial insights
• Serve as a strategic finance co-pilot to senior leaders, translating financial results into clear risks, opportunities, and recommendations
• Own the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and management reporting for assigned financial scopes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field required
• 10+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including financial planning and analysis
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with financial reporting and cost management
• Experience managing complex cost structures and allocation methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead effectively in a transformational environment
