Senior Financial Data Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic healthcare team, the full-time Senior Financial Data Analyst will develop and maintain reports and analytics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while collaborating with internal and external customers in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain financial reports and analytics to support leadership decision-making
• Lead medical claims reinsurance reporting and support the preparation of provider group financial statements
• Utilize advanced tools to create customized dashboards and automate reporting for efficient metric monitoring

Required qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience, particularly in an actuarial role focused on claims reserves and IBNR estimation
• Proficiency in technical tools such as MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, Access, and Python
• Experience in performing complex data analysis and developing reports and dashboards in a healthcare setting
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience
• Strong ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
