Senior Financial ERP Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Mercy's financial systems, the full-time Senior Financial ERP Analyst will administer, configure, and maintain the Infor-Lawson General Ledger and related applications while ensuring data integrity and system reliability in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Administers and maintains the Infor-Lawson General Ledger and related financial applications, overseeing system configuration and reporting structures
• Provides advanced functional and technical support for complex applications, performing root-cause analysis and coordinating issue resolution
• Leads testing and validation for system enhancements and upgrades, ensuring implementation readiness and compliance with regulatory changes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Three to five years of experience supporting ERP financial systems and financial reporting technologies
• Experience with Infor-Lawson Financial applications and healthcare finance systems preferred
• Strong knowledge of ERP financial systems, General Ledger operations, and financial reporting practices
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills for reporting and data analysis
