Job Summary
To support the financial planning and analysis functions, the full-time Senior Financial Planning Analyst will manage FP&A activities, produce financial reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Produce monthly financial packages and reports, providing insights on key business drivers
- Build and maintain forecast models, ensuring accuracy and scalability while conducting ad hoc analyses
- Coordinate with business leaders on budgeting and forecasting processes, highlighting opportunities and soliciting input on assumptions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field
- 3+ years of FP&A experience or relevant Finance role with substantial financial modeling experience
- Experience with Workday and Adaptive Insights
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical abilities with a track record of deriving insights from financial data
