Senior Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

The full-time salaried Senior Financial Planning Manager will manage the day-to-day execution of core Corporate FP&A processes, focusing on forecast consolidation, monthly reporting, and financial analysis in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the consolidation of company forecasts, budgets, and financial outlooks, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
• Own the monthly FP&A reporting process, including preparation and quality review of management reports and variance analysis
• Coordinate monthly financial reviews with Finance and business partners to track follow-up items and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including 5+ years in a management role
• Hands-on experience with financial consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with a strong focus on accuracy and documentation
• Demonstrated ability to manage recurring financial processes and cross-functional inputs in a fast-paced environment
