Senior Financial Portfolio Analyst
Job Summary
To support cross-functional teams, the remote Senior Financial Portfolio Analyst will provide advanced financial analysis, monitor portfolio performance, model servicing costs, and ensure compliance oversight for a servicing portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance servicing profit-and-loss models, including various revenue streams and costs
- Support mortgage servicing rights (MSR) valuation through modeling and analysis
- Build dashboards to track portfolio performance metrics and forecast servicing revenue
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business, or related field
- 4-7 years of mortgage FP&A, servicing analytics, or portfolio-analysis experience
- Strong understanding of MSR economics and servicing cost structures
- Experience with servicing systems such as MSP, Sagent, and data analysis tools like SQL and Tableau
- Ability to work independently and manage complex workloads with strict deadlines
