Senior Financial Reporting Accountant
Job Summary
To support the external reporting team, the full-time Senior Financial Reporting Accountant will prepare and review GAAP and Statutory financial statements, analyze quarterly results, and conduct technical accounting research while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review the Company's GAAP and Statutory Financial Statements and External Reports
- Develop technical expertise to understand and apply relevant GAAP and Statutory reporting requirements
- Execute internal controls and maintain related documentation for external reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis within the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Statutory reporting requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools
