Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting external and regulatory reporting, the full-time remote Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will analyze financial results, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS while collaborating with various teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial results and trends, investigating significant variances and communicating findings
• Prepare and analyze annual and interim financial statements and disclosures for the consolidated company
• Support regulatory capital calculations and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial reporting controls

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or regulatory reporting
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and familiarity with IFRS and Statutory Accounting Principles
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with large financial data sets
• Ability to research accounting and regulatory guidance and evaluate non-routine reporting matters
