Senior Financial Reporting Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the preparation and distribution of financial statements, the full-time Senior Financial Reporting Manager will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, assist with external audits, and implement best practices in financial disclosure, while working in a hybrid environment that accommodates remote options within Pacific Time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports and oversee internal financial reporting processes
• Design, build, and maintain custom reports in Workday, ensuring functionality during system upgrades
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather report parameters and lead process improvements in financial reporting systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or auditing roles
• Hands-on experience building reports in Workday, including advanced, matrix, and composite reports
• Deep understanding of GAAP and familiarity with SEC reporting
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and dashboard creation is highly preferred
