Senior Financial Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting and optimizing critical enterprise business systems, the full-time Senior Financial Systems Analyst will serve as the primary operational and technical liaison between platforms, focusing on integration and operations of Deltek Costpoint, ServiceNow, and financial systems in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and support enterprise integrations between ServiceNow, Deltek Costpoint, and related business systems
- Investigate and resolve integration failures, data synchronization issues, and workflow failures
- Execute monthly reconciliation processes between operational and financial systems to support month-end close
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or 4 years of additional relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience supporting ERP, financial, inventory, or enterprise business systems
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting enterprise integrations and managing cross-platform data synchronization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Deltek Costpoint, including Item Master and Inventory modules
- US Citizenship required
