Job Summary
Serving as a key business partner, the full-time Senior Financial Systems Analyst will bridge Finance Systems Support and FP&A, enhancing financial technologies and processes to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary business partner between FP&A and Finance Systems, ensuring effective support for financial processes
- Enhance Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning to improve user experience and operational effectiveness
- Identify system and process gaps, recommending solutions to improve efficiency and data integrity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in finance, financial systems, or business systems analysis
- 4-5 years of Workday Financials experience required
- 2-3 years of Adaptive Planning experience required
- Strong understanding of finance concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
