Senior FMS Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Providing expertise in Foreign Military Sales financial management, the full-time Senior FMS Financial Analyst will oversee tracking metrics, develop spend plans, and ensure compliance with budgetary requirements in a hybrid work environment based in Crystal City, Virginia.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee tracking of metrics and preparation of status reports for multi-country programs
• Provide guidance on FMS financial management policies and regulations
• Develop and monitor annual spend plans against approved budgets, recommending corrective actions as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field
• At least seven years of experience applying the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM)
• At least seven years of experience using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP)
• Nine or more years of experience providing FMS support to a U.S. Navy program
• Ability to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance
