Job Summary
Owning the full technical delivery of AI agent deployments, the full-time Senior Forward Deployed Engineer will manage enterprise client engagements from pre-sales through implementation and post-launch support, operating remotely in complex healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise client engagements, overseeing all phases from pre-sales demonstrations to post-launch support
- Architect and build production-grade AI agent systems that integrate with healthcare technologies and workflows
- Make independent architectural decisions and present technical solutions to executive stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 15 years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven ability to design complete system architectures and manage complex production systems end-to-end
- Experience with full technical delivery for clients, including requirements gathering and solution design
- Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks, including Python and JavaScript
