Senior Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the full technical delivery lifecycle for wellness clients, the full-time Senior Forward Deployed Engineer will manage pre-sales demonstrations, design sessions, and production deployments while working remotely to build AI-powered systems and integrate complex client data sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full technical delivery lifecycle, including pre-sales demonstrations, requirements gathering, and production deployment
- Build customer-facing demonstrations and translate client requirements into production-ready technical solutions
- Design and implement data ingestion processes and collaborate directly with clients' data and technical teams
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 to 15 years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven experience building and deploying customer-facing software systems end-to-end
- Ability to design end-to-end system architectures and produce complete architecture diagrams
- Experience building data and machine learning pipelines, including ETL/ELT and predictive models
- Fluency in modern programming languages and frameworks, including JavaScript/Node.js, TypeScript, and Python
