Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the deployment journey from initial process file to production workflow, the full-time Senior Forward Deployed Engineer will work remotely to implement and improve enterprise-level business processes using Java services and React interfaces while collaborating with a global team.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and manage workflows from inception to production, ensuring measurable performance improvements for customers
• Facilitate organizational adoption by building trust and understanding among technical and business stakeholders
• Document deployment processes and integration patterns to streamline future implementations

Required qualifications

• Experience with enterprise production environments, demonstrating governance and resilience at scale
• Technical proficiency in debugging integration issues and configuring Camunda clusters
• Strong stakeholder communication skills across engineering and business leadership
• Practical experience using AI in production settings, including context management and agent testing
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and document learnings effectively
