Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial planning initiatives, the full-time Senior FP&A Analyst will lead expense variance analysis and forecasting for specific departments while collaborating closely with accounting and executive teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly expense variance analysis and compile close packages in coordination with key stakeholders
• Own Profit & Loss expense-side forecasting for designated departments, partnering with Financial Planning and Analysis team members and executives
• Collaborate with departmental functions for headcount and expense planning, maintaining weekly headcount reconciliations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Experience with Adaptive Insights or similar financial software
• Sound understanding of expense-side Profit & Loss statements and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel and modeling skills for financial analysis and reporting
