Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Standards Enablement function within the Medicaid Finance Center of Excellence, the full-time Senior FP&A Analyst will build and maintain standardized finance processes, reporting, and analytics, while applying automation to improve efficiency in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain finance reporting, analytics, and data assets that support standardized cross-market processes
• Apply automation to streamline recurring workflows and reduce manual effort
• Translate process standards into clear, repeatable templates, documentation, and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, financial reporting, or data analytics
• Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with data manipulation and reporting
• Experience applying automation or efficiency tools to financial processes (e.g., Power Query, Power Automate)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple stakeholders
