Senior FP&A Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting enterprise-wide financial planning, the full-time Senior FP&A Analyst will manage budgeting and forecasting processes, develop complex financial models, and deliver executive-level reporting while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization
- Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for strategic planning and decision-making
- Prepare and analyze management reporting packages, including financial and operational KPIs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles
- Experience preparing executive- or Board-level presentations
- Familiarity with financial planning and analysis tools such as Datarails, Prophix, or Anaplan
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or clinical research preferred
