Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

To support strategic financial initiatives, the full-time Senior FP&A Analyst will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling on a contract basis, serving as a key finance partner to project and company leadership in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the budget, rolling forecast, and financial models, providing insights that drive pricing and investment decisions
• Educate project managers and executives on financial results and best practices in modeling and analysis
• Modernize finance reporting and workflows by leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting with expertise in budgeting and financial modeling
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets for building complex financial models
• Experience with project P&L analysis and cash flow management
• Proven track record of process improvements and documentation in a remote work setting
