Senior FP&A Analyst
Job Summary
To support strategic financial initiatives, the full-time remote Senior FP&A Analyst will deliver advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and insights while partnering with business leaders to drive informed decision-making across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range strategic plans
- Conduct complex variance analyses and provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
- Build and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate business scenarios and growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in FP&A or corporate finance
- Preferred experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, and Snowflake
- Healthcare technology exposure is strongly preferred
- Proven experience developing advanced financial models and forecasts
