Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Owning operating expense planning, reporting, and forecasting, the full-time Senior FP&A Analyst will work remotely to shape strategic financial decisions, design core business systems, and communicate actionable insights across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operating expense planning and forecasting processes, collaborating with budget owners to achieve financial targets
• Design and support financial systems like NetSuite and CRM, ensuring data integrity and seamless operation
• Create and enhance reporting decks and dashboards, transforming complex data into clear insights for decision-making

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant financial planning and analysis experience
• Proven experience with financial systems such as NetSuite, procurement platforms, and CRM systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and develop scalable financial solutions
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative business-related field
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is highly valued
