Senior FP&A Analyst
Job Summary
To support its growth, the full-time remote Senior FP&A Analyst will manage budgeting and forecasting processes, analyze financial performance, and partner with operational leaders to drive strategic decision-making, with occasional travel required.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the annual budget and long-range planning processes while owning monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts
- Analyze financial data, investigate variances, and prepare reporting packages with recommendations for senior management
- Utilize Workday Adaptive Planning to enhance budgeting, forecasting, and reporting accuracy, while automating manual processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, with a proven track record in leading budgets and forecasts
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
- Strong experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
- Experience presenting financial results to non-finance leaders
