Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

To support strategic financial decision-making, the full-time Senior FP&A Analyst will manage core planning and forecasting, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain consolidated operating models and rolling P&L and cash forecasts across multiple entities and revenue streams
• Own the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process, providing analysis of performance, variances, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare monthly management reporting and investor materials, translating financial data into actionable insights and recommendations

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a highly analytical finance role
• Excellent financial modeling skills, including experience with integrated financial models
• Strong business judgment with the ability to derive actionable recommendations from analysis
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems, preferably NetSuite and Salesforce
• Demonstrated fluency with AI and automation tools to enhance financial processes
