Senior FP&A Analyst
Job Summary
Driving strategic financial planning and analysis, the full-time Senior FP&A Analyst will prepare reporting packages, develop automation for data integrity, and present financial insights to senior management while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze reporting packages for internal management and external investors, focusing on Budget vs Actual and forward-looking implications
- Develop automation for data integrity and reporting of bookings, net retention, and revenue, collaborating with Accounting and RevOps
- Conduct monthly financial review meetings and participate in the monthly close process, ensuring accurate revenue and budget forecasting
Required qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in Financial Planning and Accounting
- Expertise in Excel and ability to build complex financial models; Power BI experience is a plus
- Experience in forecasting growth and budgets for a high-growth, technology-enabled service company preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
- Familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce.com is a plus
