Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the financial engine behind services delivery, the full-time Senior FP&A Analyst will manage services COGS and margin, shape pricing and capacity decisions, and leverage data analytics to drive informed financial strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly services COGS close and variance analysis, building engagement-level margin models
• Develop services cost models to inform pricing structures and partner with leadership on capacity planning
• Utilize data analytics to create a single source of truth for services performance and implement AI-assisted workflows

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in FP&A or finance, particularly in professional services or consulting within the cybersecurity or technology sector
• Strong understanding of services economics, including utilization, realization, and engagement-level P&L
• Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and scripting languages such as Python for data analysis and reporting
• Proven experience using AI tools to enhance financial analysis and reporting processes
• Self-directed with a startup operator mentality, comfortable with ambiguity and independent outcomes
