Senior FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Acting as a key financial partner, the full-time Senior FP&A Manager will collaborate with business leaders to provide financial insights, develop KPIs, and drive data-informed decision-making in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial insights and drive data-informed decision-making
• Act as the primary liaison between finance and business units, translating financial data into actionable strategies
• Lead the planning and execution of revenue and cost of goods sold forecasts, ensuring alignment with the overall financial strategy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least 3 years of experience
• Experience with business intelligence tools and reporting platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Proven ability to apply quantitative and analytical skills to financial modeling and data analysis
• Experience identifying and solving complex financial problems using data-driven insights
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, translating financial data into actionable recommendations
