Senior Fraud Investigator

Job Summary

Leading complex fraud investigations, the full-time Senior Fraud Investigator will serve as the primary liaison for B2B card program clients, producing evidence-based findings and risk-based recommendations while working in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead investigations of confirmed, suspected, and attempted fraud, producing audit-ready case files
• Analyze fraud trends and provide recommendations for improving controls and reducing losses
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to develop and maintain fraud investigation procedures and standards

Required qualifications:

• Experience in leading complex fraud investigations and producing investigative documentation
• Proficiency in fraud systems and analysis of transaction and account data
• Strong background in client communication and cross-functional leadership
• Knowledge of SAR reporting and fraud typologies
• Ability to develop scalable investigation standards and quality controls
