Senior Frontend Developer

Job Summary

Owning the technical direction for complex front-end features, the remote contract Senior Frontend Developer will leverage expertise in React and Next.js to support design decisions, mentor team members, and ensure high-performance architecture.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable front-end architecture and reusable component libraries
• Integrate REST APIs and manage state using advanced state-management approaches while ensuring performance optimization
• Provide technical leadership through mentoring, task breakdown, and maintaining high-quality code standards

Required qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Proven experience in designing scalable front-end architecture and reusable component libraries
• Deep knowledge of state-management tools like Zustand or Redux Toolkit
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, SCSS, and responsive design principles
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Vitest or Jest and CI/CD pipelines
