Senior Frontend Developer

Job Summary

Owning the technical direction for complex front-end features, the remote contract Senior Frontend Developer will leverage advanced React and Next.js skills to design scalable architectures, mentor team members, and ensure high performance and integration of interactive graphics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design decisions and technical direction for front-end architecture and reusable component libraries
• Mentor team members while overseeing the implementation of complex features and performance optimizations
• Integrate and manage state management solutions, REST APIs, and testing strategies to ensure robust application performance

Required qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern hooks-based component design
• Proven expertise in designing scalable front-end architectures and reusable component libraries
• Strong experience with state management tools like Zustand or Redux Toolkit, and REST API integration
• Hands-on experience with WebGL, three.js, or React Three Fiber for graphics-heavy applications
• Demonstrated technical leadership through mentoring, task breakdown, and documentation
