Senior Frontend Developer

Job Summary

Owning the technical direction for complex front-end features, the remote contract Senior Frontend Developer will leverage advanced React and Next.js skills to design scalable architectures, mentor team members, and ensure high-performance integration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of reusable component libraries and scalable front-end architecture
• Mentor team members through design decisions, code reviews, and technical documentation
• Integrate REST APIs and manage state using advanced state-management techniques while ensuring performance optimization

Required qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern hooks-based component design
• Proven expertise in designing scalable front-end architectures and reusable component libraries
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, SCSS, and responsive design, with a focus on accessibility
• Experience with performance optimization techniques, including profiling and lazy loading
• Demonstrated technical leadership through mentoring and managing CI/CD pipelines
